FAQ
We have more than 15 years of experience.
During that time, we have worked with several generator brands and
manufacturers, and in recent years we have successfully launched our
own brand, UPower generators, and participate in projects such as:
RIVERA HOSPITAL, CAMEC SANATORIUM, MACIEL HOSPITAL, SERVIAM de Minas,
MACROMERCADO RUTA 5 and MACROMERCADO COLONIA, EMPANADAS BOCATTI, DISCO
MALDONADO, COMPAÑÍA CIBELES S.A., CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY, PROLESA,
among many others.
At The Energy Force, together with
Ingecom Power Solutions, we offer comprehensive preventive and/or
corrective maintenance services and take care of any repairs your
generator equipment may need, whether the fault is mechanical or
electrical. Our team of technicians has extensive experience in
both areas. In this regard, everything revolves around meeting
the needs of each of our customers, from the purchase of the
generator set, its installation, connection, start-up, maintenance,
reconditioning/modernization, or repair.
More than three years ago, we began importing
our own UPower brand, sourced from China, Brazil, and Italy. These
generator sets meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
They feature the best engines, such as MWM, Yanmar, CUMMINS,
BAUDOUIN, SDEC, VOLVO, FPT, and others.
The alternators we normally use in our generators are high quality, synchronous, three-phase, brushless, self-excited with voltage regulator, 2/3 advance winding, class H insulation, and IP23 protection: WEG, Leroy Somer, Stamford, with Deep Sea or Datakom controllers. Open or with a high-performance, aesthetically pleasing soundproof cabin. All with electronic governor, water jacket heater, self-fluctuating battery charger, and tank base with 8-hour autonomy. Automatic or manual, in 220 or 400 Volts, 50Hz, 1500 rpm, from 22 to 2000 KVA.
We accept requests for special groups.

The use of a generator is recommended when
there is a power outage in the grid, when the power supply is unstable,
or when there is no access to the grid. Its use is recommended in
BUILDINGS(water pumps, fire pumps, elevators, lighting), INDUSTRIES in general
(machinery, motors, lighting, administration, security), CONSTRUCTION SITES
of all kinds, HOSPITALS, SANATORIUMS, CLINICS, RURAL AREAS, DAIRY FARMS,
SILOS, SEED DRYERS, SAWMILLS, SPORTS STADIUMS, HOUSING, AND EVENTS.
The generator set is an engine (diesel in our case)
that drives an alternator to generate electrical energy. The noise generated
by the engine driving the alternator and all its moving parts exceeds 100 dB(A)
at 1 meter, which can be problematic in some environments. Our weatherproof
soundproof cabins minimize noise between 85 and 65 dB(A) at 1 meter, allowing
any work to continue without hearing the generator set running.
If we have a three-phase system installed,
the ratio between KVA and kW is normally 1 KVA = 0.8 kW (applying a
fairly standard power factor, typically 0.8). On the other hand, in
single-phase electrical installations, the equivalence is 1 to 1,
i.e., 1 kW = 1 KVA.
